Hey guys...
I know I am going to be a little more strapped for time around the holiday season and I may not always make it to the gym. Would doing pilates on my regular lift days be a decent substitute? I know nothing really compares to weight training, however I am looking for something that I can squeeze in at home when I know I may not get there. I have a treadmill at home so cardio is not a problem. Does anyone have any other ideas? I appreciate your imput. Thanks
This is one of those cases that I'd say don't worry about it. I just looked at your profile and you've had good results. Just don't blow the diet too much and enjoy the holiday.
