I work graveyards 12 hour shifts. I work 3-4 nights a week. So on my days off i sleep at night and stay awake during the day.
Any way i have a hard time eating when i stay up for 24 hours at a time. I sometimes get nausus(how ever you spell it). Any ideas on how to get enough calories and keep a semi consistant eating schedule. ( i do use meal replacement shakes)

Actually if you work graveyard, then you should live graveyard. Seriously. You'll find that it is easier on you body if you stick to one schedual and not force yourself to live half the week during the day and the other half during the night. But if you insist on living that way, there are shakes out there that may help, but they are really not a substitute for a good meal. I doubt you'll be able to maintain yourself well if you keep trying to live this double lifestyle. Cheers
