im only 17 years old and only weigh 137 Lbs. Im trying to find a way to gain weight and stay toned and strong at the same time i workout now and eat alot of food but dont gain weight i mostly lose it and when i stop working out i gain a bit back need to knnow how to gain weight and keep it goo at the same time. Also i want to know how to make my 1 rep max bench press higher im at 185 Lbs and want to be able to do at least 205-215 by february. thank you if you could help me.

keep eating and lift hard.
Im having trouble getting my chest stronger too. Ive been stuck at 240 bench and 200 incline for some time. I just took a week off of lifting, so hopefully I can break those plateaus. Maybe you should do the same and give your muscles some rest.
start a FT program if you havent already, and see how many calories a day is recommended for your goal.

yea it is. In highschool, i lifted 185 when i weighed like 210 late sophmore year. I lost alot of weight and started concentrating on my diet and stuff, and now I can lift 240 at 175lb, and thats after taking a year and a half off of lifting.
My point here is that diet is key. Find out how many calories you need per day and work from there. Everything is important as I found out, you should even know how long after a workout you should drink a protien shake.
Do a search at the bottom of the page and im sure you will find many posts with great information which is priceless in my mind
