well im trying to get back into sports im 22. right now the problems im facing though are bad knees,i cant do squats without a very uncomfortable feeling and i guess its because i have crooked knee caps or something. and the other is when i was playing football with some friends and i happened to hurt both my shoulders, it felt like i dislocated my shoulders but i was able to still move them and nothing seemed to be out of place. its been a year and it still feels like i pull all my muscles in my shoulder when i throw a ball or lift heavy weight. anyone know anything i can do to help this ive tried stretching but that doesnt seem to help all to well. i want to go to the doctor but right now its just impossible. so basically looking for a good work out routine for speed and str and if anyone else has or had this problem with the shoulders and knees. thanks :)
