hey i lefted pretty intencely monday took tuesday off. Still kinda sore today. would it benefit me to go ahead and lift today or just give my muscles more time to rest?
Depends on what you are doing. If you are doing a split body routine, and you are working out M, W,F on your schedule. Stick to your schedule and work through the pain. Although if you were injured during your workout I would not reccomend to workout until you are healed completely. Chances are likely its just a small case of "DOMS" (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) Search google on DOMS, there is lots of information on it. Most specialists reccomend to work through the pain.
