After getting my job in the lumber department at lowe's i've felt so much better! Going in weighing 200 lbs and feeling fat and like crap but now I have great news. I walk around every single day for about 5-6 hours and about 8 on the weekends and I lift lumber about half of the day. I feel better about myself and am now after about 1 month working there at 190lbs and can lift a decent amount more than I usually could! :-D this is amazing!!!!!!!! gonna keep on going :):love::love::love:
