Decided it was time to get lean and mean and shed this extra fat.....Normally I go to this particular gym to just watch the locals spar and mess around a bit in the ring with the smaller guys to build their stamina. But I signed up last week to start training to box and today was my 1st day.....Lets just say Im better off dead lol.....I was jumping rope for about 15 minutes....Ran about 3 miles...Hit the heavy bag for 4 rounds and did some pushups and situps....Got hit on the stomach for each situp and ended it with sparring 3 rounds with a real small guy (about 115 pounds)....I was schooled I tried to run and he was much faster wow my stamina sucks....Im exhausted....Im ready to do it all over again tomorrow :big_smile: Why did I ever quit this?
I was a typical white boy with the jump rope no coordination kept getting tangled up lol haha...I did ok....One thing I will never miss is that 10 pound medicine ball getting thrown on your stomach for reach situp you do!....Now that is PAIN!!!!! I recommend anyone to try this very FUN! Thanks charlie you're the best!
