well i really wanna know if this is true, now i have large thighs and butt larger than usual and out of porportion to the rest of my body...my but ismostly fat but i think my thighs are muscle but will still fat around it...
now i will start to train cardio and weight training and follow a diet to lose the fat in my body, will my thighs bulk up from the cardio exercises? coz most cardio uses the legs like running?
mine didnt, and i was running about 4 miles a day for about 6 months, i still run but more now, lol it just got cut, lost alota fat tissue around that area
