Hey all,
I'm kind of new to the whole fitness programs, even though I'm been skinny and semi-fit my entire life. I've looked through this site and found some forums posted about women getting wider/bigger hips with certain exercises? I am interested because my shoulders are wider than my hips, and it makes my body look a funny shape. So, is this true or a myth? And if it is so, what exercises?
Also, I've become confused on the whole "building a bigger butt" and "getting a smaller butt" issue. In almost every thread I've looked in that says either "smaller butt" or "bigger butt" has the same exercises. I want a bigger butt. So, will those exercises (squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc...) make my butt bigger, or smaller?
