What are the benafiets of doing wide base squats and same with Narrow? Which are better for developing stregnth and mass

mass and strength are somewhat different...it's a fairly individual thing...narrow stance hits more quads ...wide stance hits more hamstrings, glutes, hips...depends what you're prioririzing for mass...for strength wider strength is generally preferable...
