I just recently started my exercise routine and maybe this is a dumb question...but why do i feel hungry the day after i workout. I eat the same amount of food but the day after i exercise i feel like i'm starving all day long. why is this?

Cause you body wants to grow. I am always starving after I workout. I am usually pretty hunger the next day after a nice heavy session.
Think about this way. You didn't change the way you eat right? However, you are now working out, hence burning more calories and you might even be putting yourself in a calorie deficit. This would definitely make you hungry. Are you losing weight?

That makes sense. i started eating more normal portions and less junk. i haven't started losing any weight yet which of course is frustrating in itself.

The scale is your worst enemy. Take pictures and measurements. The scale is not a good indicator of progress.

the scale really is your worst enemy i took picture and the the diff in the pic says way more than the scale which only read 5 kilos with scales you dont know if its muscle or fat thats keeping them the same. measure and take pics you'll SEE the diff:big_smile:
