I'm having trouble with counting calories. I have been using the website nutriondata.com which has been a good site. But recently i've noticed a discrepency with chicken breast. The package I have says 194g.(6.9oz)is 200 calories, now it doesn't say if this is raw or cooked and nutrition data says that 52g. cooked is 97 calories and 86g. cooked is 161 calories. So far i've been going by nutritiondata.com. it's just that 52g. cooked is pretty darn small. Just wondering what you guys think.

calorieking.com is also a good choice.

You might want to give fitday.com a go. It has a great tracking tool, and it's free.
