Hi, Was wondering which workouts are more rewarding, workouts where you work everything, chest shoulders biceps etc and then rest for a day? or workouts where one day you'll work the chest, the next day shoulders, the next bicpes and triceps etc

Full body workouts are good for beginners (first 2-4 months) because it helps get ou r body used to weight lifting, cardio, etc.
Splits (biceps/back one day, legs the next, etc) are good once you've been lifting a while so that so you can isolate muscle groups.
Both are good depending on your level. I personally find the splits more rewarding, although I've seen results with both.
