With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I just finished a 12 week program. I've taken a week off. Now I want to redo that 12 week program or start a new 8 week one? Which one should I do? I did not watch my food 100% during the 12 weeks and I did skip some exercises.
Would you advice redoing or a new one? Thanks!

If your goals are still the same as whats in your profile, do the mass program and eat eat eat.
