I don't know if anyone has missed me much, but I know I have missed you all!! I have been running around like a cat in a hen house trying to get together our new franchise, buying furniture, painting, etc., before I start school tomorrow for two weeks, and it has been very B A D for me! I was doing good by bringing beef jerky and water everywhere with me, and then for the last few days I totally lost it and ate three meals at fast food places and HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT! I haven't worked out as I have been literally running all over and collaspe when I get in the door, but I am going to change that starting today. I just went from being home and having to be able to work out to being home only to sleep and that is taking an adjustment, but I am sure many of you have learned to deal with it, too, so no excuses here, I just am going to have to get my act together!

I am determined not to get back into old habits of not eating, not eating right and no exercise. The good thing is - I MISS it, all of it, just a few days of messing up is enough for me and I need to find a good medium - eating and exercise with work. I was going to check out the gym in town where I am going to be working now, but haven't had a moment, but tomorrow that is my Monday goal as I would LOVE to go work out immediately after work each day or just before, I LOVE that feeling of being in a gym and the awesome equipment that I would be able to use, it is what I need right now as mine is boring me!

Well, hopefully I will be on tomorrow to let you know if I stuck to my guns!! Wish me luck!!

good luck with everything. doing all that running around you shouldn't beat yourself up about not getting to work out. sometimes circumstances work against us but the positive thing is you want to get back into it . . . and i'm sure you will.
