I've been lifting weights for about 8 months (three times a week) with good results but am wondering where to now. During that period I cut back most cardio because I'm a hardgainer. I've been eating heavier without counting calories or being particularly careful as well. Result has been a gain of 20 pounds and nice definition. What I need is greater width and another 20 pounds! Problem is I want to reduce my somewhat expanding belly while doing it and I'm also wondering now where cardio can/should fit into this. I'm a 6'4" male weighing 190 pounds.

I'd move to a split routine with four days a week of lifting. This is more advanced than your present workout (I assume). Heavy compound movements should be the crux of the workout and go heavy and low on the reps. Also, start a clean diet to ensure that your are consuming good calories, carbs, and fats rather than empty ones. If this works to control your "expanding belly" you might want to stay away from the cardio. I say this only because you described yourself as a hardgainer. If a clean diet doesn't accomplish your goal, then maybe add some cardio. However, diet manipulation is your best bet.
