Hi, I currently do weight training monday tuesday thursday and friday and play basketball saturday. I want to do one or two hard 20-30 minute cardio sessions a week. First of all, will this be useful and will it hurt my goal of gaining some muscle mass? Also, should I do it on my off days or after working out. If it helps im 16,5'11,175 pounds. I dont worry too much about gaining or losing weight, i'd rather put on some muscle, I just really like cardio and would like to do a few hard sessions on the bike or treadmill. I would appreciate any help.
