i will be working out between 11am and 1pm when would be the best time to use whey protein-before i go to the gym or after,or both times.should i have in the mornings oats,fruit and then the protein powder?and also while i'm at the gym should i have something?thanx 4 all replies
I agree with rpacheco... Protein is best to take after your workout. Take it within like 1/2 of your workout.
I never have anything while at the gym except for lots of water to keep myself hydrated. Make sure not to eat anything too sugary before your workout. It'll just make you feel weak.
