Actually, wolf, the carbs in most MRP's are not good. It's usually dextrose, maltodextrin or other sugar-like powdery carbs. Their presence has nothing to do with nutrition. Casein protein, present in most MRP's, is VERY bitter and requires sweetening to be palatable.
