So i admit to not being the biggest guy in the world (5'8" 125 lbs), but i'm working on it. I really want to gain weight (muscle) as much as possible and especially beofre next years wrestling season. I already work out 4 times a week and can see some improvement and all, but i still look pretty skinny. Any suggestions (i.e. creatine, weight gainer, new lifts?) thanks
