I made a bet with someone that in and year I will be able to lift 200lbs over my head or power clean and press,I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions to get me stronger at this exercise,right now I can do like 120lbs,I would appreciate anybodys help.

Military press or clean and press? Training is different for both, and both can be very difficult lifts...

Clean & press you can get more weight up because of the explosive power, but it is much harder to master without hurting your self because of the motion.

slimdavie, if your talking about a clean and press, then it would help to do a lot of squats. Like rev. said, clean and press is an explosive movement and a lot of it comes from the legs.
