What kind of weight workout is best if you want to keep your muscle mass but want to lose weight and maybe get more definition? I have heard that circuit training is good. I have also heard that doing supersets are good also. On my goals I put that I want to lose weight and this site gave me workouts that workout to body parts with high repetitions (16,12,10,8). Is this workout good enough for my goals. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!:big_smile:

Absolutely. fat loss and toning workout works from here. I just did an 8 week session lost 7%bf and only lost 9 lbs. definition is definately thier, and still strong.
