I have done some reading on this board and other places about this supplement. I was thinking that when my current 8 week program is over and I go on a different plance to gain mussle size this would be something I would consider, however there are many types of it. Do they all achieve the same thing? The GNC where I am sells Xtra Advantage Creatine Serum and also this other type that comes in a big bottle thats makes like fruit punch and you have say 4-5 classes a day of it. the powder mix in the container is about $75 Canadian and serum is $80. Now would something like this be worth it? Does it truly give one a great boost? and what type should I go with in I condiser it in 5 weeks?
thanks john

To sound somewhat smarter... :) Creatine is a substance within many brands or types of supplements I gather. So what ones would you guys/gals recommend.

Upon further reading on this I come across Cell Tech. Has or does anyone use this on here? Apparently many pro athletes or a few do anyhow...? What are some opinions on this supplement?

Way too expensive. u would be better off with creatine monohydrate or something. But then again, i have never used creatine.

Thanks for your post back. I have decided I am going to try and not use creatine, or no time in the near future. I am gona try and see how far I can take my self on weights alone, and if I feel I need a boost sometime down the line to help progress I will decide on it then.
Just can't justify the cost of it yet when I am going to see improvments anyhow because... well I am not in bad shape, however things can only improve by working out the way I am now compared to say 3mo ago. :)
