When I am finished working out I am so hungry afterwards, i feel like i can eat a cow. What do i do to replenish my body with good stuff? (a part from a salad because an hour later i feel dizzy. :)

You want to eat protein and some carbs. Many people have a whey protein shake. They whey is absorbed faster than other proteins.

A 2:1 ratio of protein and carbs. Do not eat a cow. Too much fat.
