I don't know wha'ts going on here...but I have stopped seeing gains all of a sudden...I finished the 12 week program about a month ago...and started a new one immediately after. I eat well...and supplement protein...take vitamins, and train hard. The only thing I need more of is rest...and I know that is very important...
Could that be the ONLY reason that I am not seeing the results that I would like?

Oh..and I forgot to mention that I just recently found out that my boyfriend has been cheating on me for sometime... how do I know you ask? He did in right in front of me... So perhaps the stress is affecting me?

Thanks!

Hey there..

listen the extra stress that your ex has put on you DOES make a difference. Your system is not in the proper groove - do you get queezy belly aches?

Also do get more rest.. try to forget about him! I'm sure you can meet a bunch of guys here to fill the void even if it is by chatting! :)

Take care,

Rest is where your muscles actually rebuild from the beating earlier that day. No rest no gains. They need to stop moving and working so they car rebuild, but when you short yourself of sleep they are always working with no time to build.
