Multi-vitamin pack, l-glutamine, taurine, amino acid compound and protein. Lost around 20lbs this past summer and bench improved by 35lbs. I stay with these because this is the only thing my body really needs. The heavy lifting depletes the body of these nutrients and/or the muscle building during rest requires these substances directly. I have tried the standard supplements like creatine, hydroxycut, ripped fuel, etc. A total waste of money in my opinion. These have excellent psychological effects however. If that is what you need, go for it. However, a good training partner is a lot cheaper.

Multi-vitamin pack, minerals,l-glutamine..thats it. I stay fairly lean year round 13-15% (female) At pre competition time I might add some extra like a cycle creatine hmb chromium and aminos.

Mult-vitamin, L-glutamine, Creatine (cycled) and protein powder. I insist that a multi-vitamin and L-glutamine are essential to bodybuilding. Creatine I use in month on, 2 weeks off cycles and it has given me very good results. Using it I have gained 20 pounds over 5 months and my strength has steadily increased in all my lifts. As for protein powder, I just need it to get my daily caloric value, it is a huge help. -sweeny (bodybuilder and athlete)
