Im on a program right now designed to tone my muscles and burn a very small beer belly I accumulated over the last few years at school. I'm finding I can't lift as much I thought I would be able to, and am wondering what supplements would be ok to take.
I know protein is always good, but what about Creatine in small doses? Would it make it harder for my body to burn off my beer belly? For cardio I play squash, soccer, and am about to start sprint training program (intervals, speed training, etc.)
