Hello everyone, I am a 29 yr old male 5'11 about 225lbs, i have been working out in the past and now i am just getting back into it i do have a good musle mass alrdy so i am not looking for size at this time till i define and trim up,I know i wanna get my abs and rest of my bodt trim,but i am having troubles getting myself to that point i know that i should have a high protien diet and work cardio aswell i do ahve a gut not that bad but my lazyness has built that up a little =(.
Anyhow is ther any info that you or anyone can help me out on a good diet plan or example of a good protien diet to help me out.. my first day started yesterday so i am here to stay so plsy anyone help me out would be awsome..

Good to see you understand the diet concept.
You didn't mention anything about a form of cardio. Get about 30 min in to your program.
For the diet, the cleaner the better, try getting in 1-2grams of good protien perlb of body weight.
Go a little less with the carbs, no simple carbs,
and have only good fat intake. Dtop eating products out of a box and can (processed). You will see good results over time.
