Exactly what program will best give u defined abs. If anyones seen the movie fight club what sort of program would you follow to get abs like brad pitt has in it. is it mass building or toning?

It's both. You'll need to do heavy weighted exercises to build the ab muscles up and then cut body fat to really show them. Some people can take it easier on the mass building part and still show good abs, so your body type will also help determine what you need to do.

dear powers that be...when I'm reincarnated, I want to be brad pitt's really really skin-tight shirt that he doesn't wanna take off. ever. I know some people want to be his shorts, but that's just completely icky and well..I really prefer to be a shirt than be anything else. :big_smile:

on the other hand though, genetics will determine how easy or hard it will be. dedication, persistence and patience will help you along the way. Exercise and nutrition are your tools. Goodluck!
