I am sooooo skinny. I weigh 115 pounds and I am 6'0 tall. I am trying to gain weight so I would like to know what foods not to eat that might make my matabalism speed up or to make me lose weight. And also if you can please tell me what I can do to gain weight. Thanks. Alex.:(

Hey i used to weight 130 about a year ago...i am now 150 and still moving up...what i did was follow this diet plan...

i ate 4 grams of carbs per body pound a day
i ate 1.2 grams of protein per body pound a day
i ate .5 grams of fat per body pound a day

i counted up what i should eat in my day and hey it worked!!

at the gym you should do 8 reps and 3 sets for your excersise
