I am sooooo skinny. I weigh 115 pounds and I am 6'0 tall. I am trying to gain weight so I would like to know what foods not to eat that might make my matabalism speed up or to make me lose weight. And also if you can please tell me what I can do to gain weight. Thanks. Alex.:(
