I took the recomendation of not doing so many ab exercises in one day. My main area of focus are my abs and I was curious on what I should be doing for really good six pack results after awhile. I've gotten off the exercise ball to do my crunches and they are so much better. Btw, I don't have any machines and I am not going to join a gym.
I was thinking every exercise day doing 2 sets of 15 crunches, leg raises, and whatever else you guys can help me with.

Also, I'm having a problem with my diet. I am only 16 so I still have my metabolism. But even though my family has gone crazy in buying greens and sapping out the crap, I find myself eating less.
Generally, I eat a bowl of serial for breakfast with some milk and orange juice, then around 11am I have a nutragrain bar, and then I don't eat something till about diner, which is whatever my family is having.

First of all, that is not nearly enough calories. A Nutragrain bar isn't very good at all, It's basically like a pop-tart. A bowl of serial for breakfast isn't enough either, it's mainly just carbs, I would try to eat some oatmeal with milk, Oatmeal has some serious benefits. Second, if you want to keep that metabolism of yours, I'd sugguest eating many small meals throughout the day to keep it going all day long ( meals can be anything from an apple to a bowl of salad an hour before dinner, you figure this out ), also, if you are trying to get six pack abs, starving yourself is definitley not a good way to do it, if you're doing this sort of eating-habit you might lose muscle aswell as some water weight, your muscles need alot of calories to sustain.
