what muscle groups?

:so im not a complete noob at weight lifting, i just always have injuries not related to weight lifting that make me stop. but im finally back into it and i think im healthier than ever, been working out for 2 months so far:
So this is my upper body, i have this V shape that is driving me crazy, what muscle groups should i work on so i can look more "normal" and get rid of this V.
