As far as body fat percentage goes, what is considered healthy.. what is overweight, what is obese, etc? I tried doing a search with no luck so your answers would be appreciated.

The American Dietetic Association recommends that men have 15-18% body fat and women have 20-25% body fat. Of course, this is on the average, and what is considered "normal," but it's a good place to start.

I think I read somewhere too overweight is 25% in men and 30% in women. (women might have been a bit more) I was happy to fall under the 25%....
