Hi, I'm just wondering what I should consider my activity level to be. I've recently started exercising and lifting weights and have stuck to the following schedule. I ride my bike for 30 min / 6 miles 3-5 days a week in the morning at 60% MHR. I do a split workout 3 days a week, (Chest and back, Arms and Shoulder, Legs and Abs), for about 30-60 minutes. I also do 2 days (in between lifting days) of HIIT. I will jump rope 10 sets of 2 minutes (w/ 1 minute rest and or pushups or situps, 30 minutes total)
But besides that I sit in front of the computer all day at work.
So am I Moderately Active or Highly Active?
