First, sorry that this seems to be a cross post, I clicked on the wrong forum to begin with when I posted the message and felt I needed to get it posted under the correct thread.
I'm new to the whole fitness program thing on this site. What is the proper way to do the recommended workout? Do I do all 4 sets of 1 excercise then move on to another excercise? or do i do all the excercises for the 1st set, do a warmup then go back and do all the excercises again for the 2nd set?
you can do it either way. When you do the first set of more than one excercise it is called a "superset" or doing it as a circuit. I think most people do all sets of one then move on to the next.
