What is Animal Stak and does it work?

goldengloves Posts: 690 Joined: 2003/09/19	2004/02/13, 08:44 PM I was at vitamin world today to pick up some more protein powder and the lady their was trying to sell me this product she said it would put on more muscle faster than the protein would and blah blah blah. I didnt buy into it (duh she is a salesman). Anyone ever heard of it. I just looked it up and said it had some bad effects such as acne/stomach cramps/gynecomastia etc. 50 bucks is kind of steep.

I beleive the Stak is prohormones, The M stak is formulated to help your body to unitlize protein better. What protein did you buy from them. I have tried their precision enginered whey. goldengloves Posts: 690 Joined: 2003/09/19	2004/02/13, 10:15 PM I will have to call him out on that. Anyways I tried that precision enginered stuff (bought the 2 pound tub) and it worked ok. But I bought that big 5 pound tub of value whey their it is only like 25 bucks and if you are a member (free) you get 40-50% off so I get it cheap. The lady told me it was the same brand as the precision engineered just in different packaging but the taste is different (for the better) and works great.
bigandrew Posts: 5,146 Joined: 2002/10/21	2004/02/13, 10:25 PM animal m stak is prety good i too some of it, nothing that great about it, I didn't get my body fat done after ward though either lol I got a few more reps on certain things and had a lil more engery other than that not much else, but I only bought it cause I had a gift card from x mas. They say if your nto completly satisfied with the product you can take it back for a full refund, dunno if thats true or not but o well -------------- ---andrew.......adversity causes some to break, but others to break records!
