Greetings!! So this summer I decided to start working out at least four times a week. It's been going ok, but I still am averaging the same weight even though I do a 75 minutes workout each time I go. At least 45 is cardiovascular exercise and the other time is spent lifting weights and cooling down. Nevertheless, I feel healthy and seem to have toned my body even though I'm not really losing weight. I found out about this sight from one of my coworkers, and have since told others about it. They seem to find it helpful as well. Now if I can keep this up when school starts..........
Don't go by the scale. If you are weight training, you are most likely replacing fat with muscle which actually weighs more. So you can be slimmer and the same weight just because of this. Go by your bodyfat % or by your clothes.
