I have learned a lesson. Over training does not pay off. I have been doing like 40 minutes on my bike in the morning 6 days a week and 20 min at night 6 days a week. Also weights and resistance training 3 times a week for about 60 minutes almost non stop since January 5. Sure i have lost 13 pounds and went down 2 sizes but its now everything has cought up with me.I have offically run down my immune system and got the flu and a sinus infection and so on . I feel like crap. So my body is telling me to slow down but some how i still have a little energy. I am thinking about taking this week off completely and rethinking my routine. Anyways this is kinda me complaining since i am here alone and my cats just give me a funny look when i talk to them. Thanks for listning. A word of advise: if your bady aches dont go away after 3 days take a few days off. :(:(

take some time to recover and ease into your routine!
Hope you feel better soon!

Hey, at least you are sticking with it. Thats the most important thing. Neither you nor Rome was built in a day. Hang in there kiddo. Keep trying and you'll get it right.

Yes, patience really is a virtue when it comes to weight training and living a healthy life. Good luck with everything.
