I have reached a point in training I feel I need a boost . I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE CREATINE IN POWDER FORM ARE THERE ANY FOODS I CAN EAT TO GET THE SAME BOOST ?
Well, alot of meats and fish as well as liver contain creatine. But the amounts are trace. We couldn't eat enough to get what we get out of a supplement.Nothing wrong with a good creatine monohydrate supplement. Olympic athletes have been using it since 1984.
