what efficient exercise for the abs?

I mean exercise that dont need any machine or weights? I'm willing to hear your opinion about this. thanks in advance

Albert, why don't you sign up for the ft 12-week abs program? There you will find many exercises that target the abs.

Of course, to get those washboard abs, you need to also concentrate on your diet.

Crunches....... good ol' thing.
You got lots of great floor exercises for the abdominal muscles. Look under FT's exercise descriptions.

Go to ft Exercise Resources at the top menu.. then muscle targeting.. then abs.. on the 3rd page you'll find a bunch of great ab exercises.

try looking at the muscle targeting section and click on abs....this will give you some exercises that you can do.

Any one...I do the one hour aerobics with cassette..love it and 200 crunches started week back, now if I add the abb 12 weeks program with that, would that be a problem?
