this was a workout plan which i found in the abs diet book. Just wondering what you all thought of it, this is the home workout

monday

squat - 10 reps 2 sets
benchpress 10 reps 2sets
bent over row - 10 reps 2 sets
military press - 10 reps 2 sets
upright row - 10 reps 2 sets
triceps kickback - 12 reps 2 sets
squat against the wall 30 seconds 2 sets
biceps curl - 10 reps 2 sets
leg curl - 10 reps 2 sets

tuesday - 30 minutes cardio

wed


squat - 10 reps 2 sets
benchpress 10 reps 2sets
bent over row - 10 reps 2 sets
military press - 10 reps 2 sets
upright row - 10 reps 2 sets
triceps kickback - 12 reps 2 sets
squat against the wall 30 seconds 2 sets
biceps curl - 10 reps 2 sets
leg curl - 10 reps 2 sets

thursday - 30 minute cardio

friday


squat - 10 reps 2 sets
benchpress 10 reps 2sets
bent over row - 10 reps 2 sets
lunges - 10-12 each leg, 2 sets
military press - 10 reps 2 sets
upright row - 10 reps 2 sets
triceps kickback - 12 reps 2 sets
squat against the wall 30 seconds 2 sets
biceps curl - 10 reps 2 sets
leg curl - 10 reps 2 sets

Added to this are abs exercises as well.

so what are people;s opinions on this becuase Im currently doing it but would like a few ideas how to add a few better leg exercises

If it's always the same, your body will adapt, and you'll stop gaining.

Plus, you really need more time to let your body rest and recouperate.

I'd use a routine freetrainers provides, if I were you.
