O.K. so I am starting back at the gym, tried Body for Life workouts in past, but thinking of doing more of a Split workout: Chest/Tricep one day, legs next etc.
Want to do something effective and fast.
Any feedback here?
Those programs are great, but I don't think you'll ever find something that's "fast." Physical development requires time, so generally speaking, there's no quick-fixes you could just download off of the internet... just hang in there...
