what can i do??

For two months now I have been at 134lbs and no matter what I do I can not loose any more weight. I at least want to be 125lbs by Oct. what can I do?? any advice?:big_smile:

Hello angel60067, I noticed you still haven't filled out your profile here at FT, filling that out opens up the doors to their wonderful exercise program and nutritional suggestions which are very helpful and may give you exactly what you need to get going. You need to look at what you are eating - write it down for at least a week-two and see what is exactly going in for calories, fat, protein and carbs. You need to look at your exercise program, what are you doing? Can't help you too much without all that info first, but if you are not losing, it is time to see why by checking everything out and adjusting.

It's not what you do but how hard you do it that is the most effective. In some cases (possibly your's) diet is the key. Time to dig deep and get that motivation because the faster you do it, the better you'll feel. Wish you the best.

Thanks. I eat healthy and avoid fast foods.I need to loose ten pounds in two months, hopefully (no positive thinking) I will loose them by October. I will make sure to fill out my profile. thanks a lot. :)
