my goal is to reach my goal weight by July. I plan to start a new lifestyle of eating and exercise which will include cardio and strength training! I've done this before...I can do it again! But this time keep it off!!
my goal is to lose 100lbs by this time next year. ive always been overweight, but now im feeling the effects of it, my joints are always hurting, my back hurts, i need to lessen the load im always carrying around. plus i want to be fit and healthy
