If your here, you must have some goals in mind.  What is your big goal for this year?  Did you make any short term goals?

my goal is to reach my goal weight by July.  I plan to start a new lifestyle of eating and exercise which will include cardio and strength training!  I've done this before...I can do it again!  But this time keep it off!!

my goal is to lose 100lbs by this time next year. ive always been overweight, but now im feeling the effects of it, my joints are always hurting, my back hurts, i need to lessen the load im always carrying around. plus i want to be fit and healthy

My goal is to lose weight and look and feel great by June next year for when i go on a cruise around the islands. My major goal is to start living healthy eating properly and excercising to keep fit and live longer.

My goal is to be more athletic, lose weight, and most importantly...QUIT smoking and NOT pick it up EVER again!!
