I really wanna start trying to eat 4-6 small meals a day but i really dont know how much to eat and what to eat? is a small meal like a peice of fruit or more like a sandwich or something? I just bought mega wey and i will be taking that after i work out. And i have been taking ripped fuel for about a week....thanks

so a peice of fruit isnt considered a small meal? what if i can only eat like 3 times a day will it hurt my results?

what if i take diet supplements instead of small meals in between? will i get the results then?

MRP's are there to suit just that purpose. If you have to, replace a meal or two per day with one.

I calculate the size of my meals by counting calories. After you have done this for awhile, you will not have to do it anymore...you will just know by site. If I am trying to stay around 1500 calories (I am a female and this is my daily goal as of now), I will eat five 300 cal meals... or I will do something like this.
9 a.m. -- 400 cal
12 p.m.--- 300 cal
3 p.m. --- 200 cal
6 p.m.--- 400 cal
8 p.m.--- 200 cal...saving lightest meal before bed time... and waiting 2 hours before going to bed after eating this meal.
