It's incorporated into a footnote - something like "do 30 mins of running on a treadmill".
If you want more of a "robust" running program, you'll need to go elsewhere - www.coolrunning.com or www.runningtimes.com have free running training programs.

I think (not 100% sure) that you have to have "Pro" status to view this option.
L.
ps It's well worth the $ to go "Pro"!

When I click on any day of my program it has this information
" Cardiovascular Activity - Are you trying to lose fat? Shape and tone up? Then make sure you fit cardio into your schedule! Cardiovascular exercise helps to speed up your metabolism which in turn will allow you to burn more calories. Therefore, if you are trying to burn fat, it is perfect in combination with a proper diet and weight training program. A 30-45 minute cardio session 3 times per week will provide you with the metabolism boost that your body is looking for. Cardiovascular activity is most effective when performed immediately after a workout or early in the morning before your breakfast. For those trying to put on lean muscle mass, leave cardio off your schedules; save your calories for muscle growth! Calculate your daily caloric needs at your NUTRITION PROGRAM."
