Hey,
before joining FT.com i use to run like a mad man on the readmill before weights, then i discover that weights first is better for fatloss, so ive started that.. ill do intense 5 minutes tradmill and then hit the weights, and go back for a long run. i do this kuz i dont have more time at the moment to separate the days.. the issue is, after my weight, i can barely run 10 minutes, im just out of juice. should i go back to intense cardio before hand, or keep at what im doing?
