hi, Im 6'2",150lbs with a body fat of about 9% and I am hoping to gain at least 10 pounds of muscle. I know I will need to gain more than 15 pounds of mass to reach my goal, but for now I'm just concentrating on making any gains at all. I eat large meals every 2-3 hours, but I still can't seem to match my needed intake of 3750 calories. Can anyone tell me some good calorie-dense foods to add to my diet. Also, what are some good weight gainers(ex. NLarge2) that I could benefit from. Thanx a bunch.

Chew on nuts, almonds, peanuts etc all day long, include some milk in all your food preparations, eat bread as well and drink some fruit juice.

Geeez I'd love to be bulking now..... (-;

To add to what Nina suggested, try adding skim milk powder to your milk. It doubles the calories (and protein) without the extra volume.

Perhaps switch your meats ... use beef instead of chicken or fish. Changing the cuts (ie using ground beef or tenderloin instead of round or sirloin) is an easy way to add extra calories. A large flaxseed or multi-grain bagel and 2 tbsp of peanut butter will also give you at least 500 calories ...

Not sure on the weight gainers ... I tend to stay away from them (too much sugar for my system).
