soo i pretty much want the best of both worlds haha. im 17 and about to start my sr year. i wanna bulk up and gain alot of muscle but im really over weight. im 33% body fat :/. and im 240 lbs and 5-4" but im suuper athletic im a basketball player. my sports cause me to need to up my strength but i wanna lose weight but have fear of getting weaker. wat and how should i do ? i have whey protien and also have hyperthermal rapid weightloss pills. witch should i take firt or can i take both say pills on ardio days and protien on workoiut days?

Hello Guys due to my over weight i join the gym which located near of mu house and i try my best to lose the weight and also build muscle and get shape.Can any one tell me about that and also thosetaht which ecercise is best for losing the weight and build muscle like professionaly routine.Thanks!!

Avoid the pills.  Lift weights on some days and incorporate cardio other times.  Working out hard will help you get stronger AND loose fat.  Don't think of size ie bulking up and loosing weight.  Remember muscle weighs more than fat.  Focus on STRENGTH GAINS and FAT LOSS (cardio), the rest will come.
